Prices on the site may be shown in your chosen currency but are fulfilled from catalog prices in USD unless stated otherwise. Live fish are packed with oxygen; quarantine and health documentation follow the care standards listed on the site. Risk passes to you when the crate leaves our farm unless local law requires otherwise.
Winning bids and accepted offers create a binding reservation at the stated amount. Payment and shipping must be completed within the window given by our team. We may cancel a lot if payment fails or if fish health requires withdrawal.
Appointments are subject to confirmation. We may reschedule for weather, biosecurity, or staff safety. Party sizes and viewing rules on the booking form must be respected.
Farm investment products are not securities advice. Rates and terms on each plan apply at maturity. Read the plan description before pledging.
